Head Chef Peter Paul and Simona van den Breemen are the owners of the restaurant Jachthuis Hoog Soeren since January 2005. Together with their team they share their experiences they have gained in the better restaurants in the Netherlands.

Purety and craftsmanship is what you find on the menu.

Throughout the year there is a wide and extensive spectrum of what the environment and the seasonal nature has to offer. For example homemade jams of blueberries, blackberries and elderberries with the cheeses. Porcini mushrooms in autumn, teal and snipe. In winter roast venison with lingonberries and saddle of venison from the Veluwe in springtime. Also fish, vegetables and pastries of the season are not forgotten.

The interplay between the kitchen and the restaurant translates itself troughout the wine list, with classic French and Italian prevail. There is also a nice selection of Austrian, Swiss and New World wines. There is a wide assortment of half bottles and wines to match by the glass.
